how to success what is success? how to be success in life? what is success factors? what is success strategy? what is success skills?what is success

You have to realize within yourself what true success is. It doesn't always mean you have a great job, own your own business and are suddenly worth millions. It could mean having a decent job, the pride of marrying, owning your own home (ranch, acreage, modest home on a small lot) to put a roof over your family. As long as the person is happy then there is success and not failure. Because all people don't reach for the sky doesn't mean they aren't successful. After all 'once at the top there is nowhere to go but down!'

There is nothing wrong with wanting more out of life, but the above poster gave you some great advice. You learn success by making mistakes, fail, but learn from it and try again.

Some of the most successful business men were smart in treating their employees with dignity, decent wages, and a reason to put all their strength into the company and one such company was the dear old creator of JC Penny who has passed away. You can bet that it isn't as good a company (big turn-over) as it was when the creator built it from the ground up. In today's business cutbacks, trimming down on raises, treating people like masses of cattle instead of people with feelings is the biggest failure a company can make (they lose some good people and end up with a mess on their hands.) When their is descension in business dealings or with the people that helped make the company what it is then failure looms in dark corners. I've seen big companies go down simply because of the very things I've mentioned. Hot shots in the modern age think they have it all wrapped up and find they have but made a mere mess of things and the company goes flat eventually. You get what you put into it. If you combine hard work, good ideas, treat those who work for you with integrity and not as robots doing your bidding and share some of the wealth for the hard work they did you are a great success. Google.com is a good example. The people are treated well and they work their backs off for the company and enjoy it! To me, that's success is spades!
